Our projects connect art and infrastructure, place and culture. Our expertise is in seeing beyond the data to find the stories the place itself wants to tell. We work with artists as representatives of the zeitgeist; bringing contemporary perspectives on philosophic thought, political reality, technology, form and materiality with which to interpret stories of place through art practice.
On some projects we work independently, curating and producing artworks in environments previously defined by the practice of architecture and landscape architecture. In other cases, we work collaboratively with those professions, ensuring that art’s humanising qualities and powers of attraction are imbued throughout the whole of the built environment; its infrastructure, its architecture, its ground planes, its street furniture, its urban setting and its programming.
Our work spans both public art and cultural placemaking projects.
