Cathy Drew

Curator and Artist

Cathy is a curator, provides art process thinking, and contributes to creative visioning. Cathy establishes relationships with contemporary artists and creative practitioners for project implementation. As well as supporting project management, she leads research for our cultural think tank. Her background is as a multidisciplinary artist working across photography, sculpture, drawing and painting. In her role, Cathy also undertakes public art projects.

Cathy undertook her Masters of Art at the University of New South Wales – Art and Design and completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts at the University of South Australia where she was invited to take part in the National Graduate Exhibition at the Perth Institute of Contemporary Art. She has participated in numerous awards and prizes across Australia.
