Passionate about the arts and making a difference to the culture in our city?

We are seeking a past or present student with an Arts Administration degree (or similar) and relevant experience who could work part-time, 2 – 3 days per week, with the view to the position eventually becoming full time. 

Current role would include:

  • general administration of a small arts-based office
  • preparing and designing submissions and presentations
  • general research
  • project management of public art projects

 Drawing from the tool-kits of art, design and urbanism we bring cultural capital to urban development. We view culture as the binding connective tissue of relationships within communities; defining the character of place and creating cultural identity, attracting residents, visitors, businesses and investors. 

 Essential skills: Knowledge of sculpture and public art;  ADOBE Creative Suite (particularly Indesign); Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Desirable skills: CAD software; book-keeping; proposal writing; Microsoft Project
